Dear Sir,
My conversation with you yesterday makes me desire that you should have a thoroughly clear idea of the condition and prospects of the Westminster Review. -- I therefore send the enclosed for your perusal and return. &unknown;The third page of the letter to Mr. Martineau is what I particularly wish you&unknown;
The memorandum of data for the formation of an opinion concerning the worth of the W. R. which is on the same sheet of paper as the copy of the letter to Mr. Martineau is what I particularly wish to call your attention to.
I presume I may count upon your assent to the resolution of my creditors to accept a composition of 8/- in the pound on their respective debts? I am dear Sir
