My dear Sir,
No time has been lost in supplying a proof of your paper to Miss Evans; she has now returned it to me and I shall get a revise quickly. -- The paper extends to nearly 100 Westminster Review pages! Miss Evans proposes to make the attempt to cut it down to 32 pages in order to form an article for the Review, but I fear she will find it very laborious and difficult if not impossible so to reduce it and at the same time to preserve its characteristic merits. I have read the whole of it with much pleasure.
