My dear Lewes
Will you let me know how many parts same as this first the Physiology of C. Life will make. I think you said 12 or 14 but cannot recollect. By all means do the article on Biot's M'e9langes. 408
The third volume of Adam is wonderful. I would write more but I am suffering for the last day or two from a nasty shivering cold accompanied by toothache and inflammation of gums pleasant rather!
The Military Spectator may go to the dust. He is always applying for books and I never even saw his paper.
