Dear Sir
I have considered your proposition. By the books of the D[ramatic] A[uthors] society I find, Give a dog an ill name, is played oftener than I thought. I do not think 12£ would pay for the four pieces; 260 but retaining London right for 3 years of the Cosy Couple, I will sell you the 4 pieces for 15£. If this suits you let me know -- or send me an agreement and I will sign it.
Yours truly
G. H. Lewes.
