Dear Mrs. Brooks
I wrote no pamphlet about Hofwyl, only a letter in the Pall Mall saying what I may say to you, that had I fifty sons, I would send them all there. My youngest boy was very delicate when he went and came away as strong as a ploughboy. The physical advantages of Hofwyl are great, but I regard the moral advantages as still greater.
Enclosed is a prospectus. I would call at once, but my mother's illness 836 absorbs me just now. I will however seize an early opportunity of calling, 837 though indeed all is said in the two words above. Believe me
