Holly Lodge | August 16.
My dear Blackwood
By this post goes the article. 611 It is short, but contains all that I had to say on the subject, and I hope will not be uninteresting.
The statement of the sales of Physiology is beyond my expectation. Now that there is real hope of the medical students taking to it, the sale is likely to be steady for some years. The balance will be acceptable forthwith.
Mrs. Lewes will go over the Mill and see if any corrections are needed. Except misprints there is little I think to alter.
Pug is not blind after all. It was only a cold in his eye.
Ever yours faithfully
G. H. L.
