My dear Blackwood
The proof which goes herewith was addressed by one of your clerks to Richmond.
I send also "Digestion and Indigestion." 421 The cuts for this I presume you have received as the drawings were given out a long while ago; but Mr. Branston 422 has not shown me a single proof so that I am completely in the dark. "Food and Drink" part III 423 is I presume in the printers hands?
We are beginning now to get a little settled in our new home; 424 but 'tis a horrible business this moving, especially when your books are reckoned by thousands.
G.E. has received a charming letter from Owen, which he thinks you may like to read. You can return it when you have occasion to write.
