My dear Blackwood
Mr. Kebbel wishes to forward you a contribution under cover of anintroduction from me, although you doubtless know him already as one of the few staunch conservatives and a contributor to the Quarterly; 663 but, since he wishes the formal business of introduction to be gone through I am only too happy to be the introducer.
