Very shortly I shall send you early sheets of a little book I am to publish on Actors and the Art of Acting which will I dare say have even a better sale in America than in England. 298 If you think it worth republishing on the old royalty terms, I shall be satisfied.
In October or November next also I shall bring out a new edition of my Life and Works of Goethe. In the ten years that have elapsed since the last edition there have been very many works published in Germany from which I shall glean interesting details. Would you also like to issue this? You had the old book.
I presume your remittance promised for this month is on the way. 299
