After battering my brain till it is sore I have only been able to knock out this title as an acceptable one: The Annals of Psychology (or the Archives of Psychology) -- a quarterly journal of progress (or of research) in questions relative to the Science of Mind (or in questions subsidiary to and arising out of the Science of Mind). 269
I think this embraces all you require in a title.
