GE to Barbara [Mme Eugene] Bodichon, Witley, [20? July 1879]
MS: Mr. Philip Leigh-Smith. Hitherto unpublished.
The Heights, Witley, | Nr. Godalming.
Sunday Morning.
Dearest Barbara
It would be premature for Miss Tomlinson to send in her name at present. 299 The legal Draft is in Mr. Justice Bowen's hands for his criticism, and as he is on circuit, I may not get these for some time. The arrangements will not be quite completed until the Trust deed has been finally drawn up, and the money transferred into the hands of the Trustees. When the Director is prepared to elect the student, notice will be given.
Thine ever
M. E. L.
