MS: Mrs. Carrington Ouvry. Hitherto unpublished.
Farringford | Freshwater | Isle of Wight | August 5th /78.
My dear Lewes
Do you and Mrs. Greville name your own day (except next Thursday and Friday) and let me know. The Drama is somewhat in the rough. You should come early as it takes some time to read it or better if you would stop all night. Mrs. G affirms that you are the best judge in these matters she ever came across.
Yours ever,
A. Tennyson.
