Alt Text Description

Description
Silas Marner takes Eppie with him to sell and deliver his cloth at a local house. Eppie and two Raveloe children greet each other, while their mother does the washing. Silas almost always takes Eppie with him on his errands, disliking to be away from Eppie. The village of Raveloe begins to warm up to Silas due to Eppie’s influence and Silas begins to warm up to life again.
