Snowfield,The town of Stonyshire, "grim, stony, and unsheltered, up the side of a steep hill," where Dinah Morris lives. The original of Snowfield was Wirksworth, in Derbyshire ("Stoneyshire"), where Elizabeth Evans ("Dinah Morris") lived.
