Trounsem, or Transome, Tommy

Bill-sticker; an old drunkard. Unknown to himself, he is the last descendant of the Thomas Transome who sold his and his descendants' rights in the Tran some estate to the Durfeys. His death in the election riot makes Esther Lyon, the descendant of the Bycliffes, the legal owner of the estate.
