Bardi House

Bardi House,A house on the Via de' Bardi, belonging to the Neri, in which Romola and her blind father lived. A house on the Via de' Bardi, which, like Romola's, has a loggia on the roof, has been pointed out as the one which George Eliot may have had in mind in describing Romola's house.
