Canto di Paglia (Real)

Canto di Paglia (Real),Place in Florence where Maestro Tacca, the doctor, lives. The Canto alla Paglia ("Straw Corner") at a corner of the Borgo S. Lorenzo and Via dei Cerretani took this name from the fact that until comparatively recent years the market for hay and straw was held there daily.
